satire

The definition of satire is when a human tries to correct someone by making fun of them at the same time. Satire is basically making one person convince the other to make a decision or choice. Its something like making fun of the person but then again that person is making the other person realize that if he or she choose the first choice or second , which one would sound funny or stupid to do.

Taylor Mali's uses satire in his "The impotence of proofreading." He uses satire in his piece by using spell checker for words thats miss spelled in the texts. So there is words in text that doesn't belong there but the spell checker corrects the word and puts the right word. Theres even satire in the title of the passage. Base on having the wrong words in the passage , its makes the story or passage seem weird because some of the sentences in the passage doesn't make any sense.
